Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@hometrix.shop to arrange the exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, or gift cards cannot be returned.

How to return
To return an item, please contact us at support@hometrix.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
