Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@hometrix.shop to arrange the exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, or gift cards cannot be returned.
